Waves on the Rocks by Daniel Santos

Waves On The Rocks, a fusion of field recordings and music that explores the depths of ambient sound, navigating unpredictable shifts to reveal fresh experiences with each wave.

Gabriel Tate is an American born DJ raised in Rio de Janeiro. His life in Rio shaped his taste and love for the dance music scene – He was a regular at the iconic Bunker 94 club where he would rave to Techno, Electro and Drum ‘n’ Bass. He moved to Brooklyn, NY in 2004, and quickly got behind the decks and started DJing, being heavily influenced by the local minimal techno scene of that time. Despite the love for harder and darker sounds, Tate plays whatever music speaks to his heart be it Chicago House, Italo Disco or Minimal Techno.

Alima Lee is an anti-disciplinary artist from New York City and is currently based between LA, NYC and the Hudson Valley. Their work is an ongoing experiment in producing physical evidence from the residue of existence. They hold an MFA from Bard College in the Moving Image discipline. As a DJ, they have toured clubs, museum galas, and venues globally while hosting monthly NTS show Rave Reparations. Their video and installation work has been presented at Jeffrey Deitch Gallery Los Angeles, Tate Modern, MOCA, Smithsonian African American Museum, Gavin Brown's Enterprise, and ICA Boston among other global entities.
